Yes those are huge teeth marks in the soap. My first thought was Dallin, because he puts anything and everything into his mouth. But then I thought about it, and I remembered the box was sealed. So I check the box, see if there were any tears or anything, and there weren't. So, it must have happened at the factory. Weird, huh?

but there are only 2 front teeth marks. So if it wasn't a kid then it was probably a rat :|
I'm betting it was a factory worker with poor dental hygiene. Maybe he got confused and ended up rubbing his chicken salad sandwich all over his body.
